The father of Héctor, Orígenes' founder, was already cooking paellas in Montreux in the 1980s. This selection brings together the base: Tartana's Albufera D.O. rice, Carmencita ground saffron and Paellero Valenciana seasoning, ñora peppers and Belluga extra virgin olive oil. The rest is up to you: the pan, the friends and the time it takes.
