Flames VLC is the paella-equipment brand of Optimgas S.L., a manufacturer based in Alginet, in the province of Valencia — the land where paella was born. "VLC" stands for Valencia.
The house designs and makes in Spain gas burners (paelleros) and their accessories: from small pans to giant paelleras, to cook paella over a live flame, outdoors.
How they work
Burners and accessories in steel, built for live flame and outdoor use: sturdy, tool-free assembly and universal fit with paella pans.
The universal windscreen is a good example: a modular galvanised-steel accessory that hangs on the pan edge to shield the flame from the wind — better combustion, constant temperature.
