Ein Haus, eine Region

Plaza del Sol Foods S.L. ist ein Haus für spanische Apéro-Spezialitäten mit Sitz in San Vicente del Raspeig, bei Alicante. Es wirbt mit „100 % authentischen“ Produkten, die „die Aromen unserer reichen Küche, den Duft unserer Erde, das Licht unserer Sonne weitergeben“.

Das Handwerk

Wie sie arbeiten

Die gefüllten Oliven sind entsteinte grüne Manzanilla, gefüllt mit Paprika- oder Zitronenpaste, in der 280-g-Dose mit Easy-Open-Deckel.

Die Mandeln werden in Sonnenblumenöl frittiert, gehäutet und dann gewürzt — ein Klassiker des spanischen Apéro, im 110-g-Becher.
